I own the entire copyright of the works. I have the right to use the image as a sample for self-promotion unless otherwise agreed. I will not resell/transfer the copyright of the work to any other third party without the consent of the customer.

Only customers who order artwork can re-upload the work they have ordered.

Minor changes to the new design of the characters' costumes/skins are acceptable as long as the design is still recognizable from my original design. Customers can order other artists to design new costumes/skins for the characters I designed after receiving the final product.

I would probably use photo bashing and/or 3D base assets to assist when painting if I found that appropriate, but I would never use image generators (AI) as a base for overpainting.

It is NOT ALLOWED to arbitrarily use any part of the products of the orders or the artwork from my library for non-fungible tokens (NFT) and image generators (AI).

Payment USD via Paypal, Ko-fi.

Payment VND via Momo, Bank transfer.

Please wait patiently. I will work on orders and deadlines, depending on the complexity of the orders. If I need to extend the working period, I will notify the client in advance.

I'm sorry for any problems, and I appreciate your patience! Please notify me if I got your commission incorrect as I make mistakes sometimes! Although I'll do my best to do your commission, my health comes first, and I usually move at my convenience. For this reason, I might draw other stuff as a break while in commission process.

Unlimited free revisions/corrections but only minor changes are accepted. Major edits/full idea modifications will charge an additional fee, at least +10% of the total price each time, depending on complexity.

TAT: 1 - 8 weeks or sooner if the character design is simple. Let me know in advance if you need me to finish up sooner. If the deadline is too short, there can be extra charges.

You can request a refund at any time. However, the % of the refund depends on the progress I’ve already made on your commission.

If I find myself unable to complete an order for any reason, I will issue a full refund and retain the copyright and full moral rights to the products created in the uncompleted order (which means the client may not under any circumstances use the sketches and progress images I provide).

Please, note that the refund does not cover any extra fees Paypal or your bank may charge.

All works are digital files. The finished work will be sent in PNG format.

Default canvas size around 2k resolution 300dpi.

An additional fee will be charged if you wants to receive the original files (PSD/CSP/etc...).

If you need me to provide the final product file again, you can contact me back with the same account used when placing the order, I will do my best to resend the file. However, I cannot guarantee that I will still keep the file because my storage space is limited.

Personal Commission means that the artwork used for non-profit purposes, such as profile pictures, social account covers, wallpapers, gifts, personal prints, posts on social media, etc. with the credit @yerowleet or a link to one of my social media accounts.

Private Commission means I will not publish my work on my portfolio and keep it a secret from public websites. Private commission +30% commission price

Commercial Commission is any use of artwork that brings you profit. Normally +100% commission price.

No need to pay the commission fee in advance to join the waiting list.

I will tell you the estimated time you need to wait. (This is just a rough estimate of time, I cannot accurately control it, so it may be advanced or delayed, depending on the case.)

And I will contact you when your turn comes.

You can skip or postpone and request to join again but keep in mind you may not be added if my waitlist at that time is full.
